Project Overview
A 3D simulator project for school researchers to develop a simple ecosystem filled with animals, to test and research the numerical relationship between carnivores, herbivores, and omnivores.
The heart of this simulator is its ability to mimic real-world animal behaviors. With an intuitive UI, users have the freedom to populate the sandbox with various animals, designating their habitats within the ecosystem.
Each animal is meticulously programmed to exhibit behaviors true to its species. The simulator's advanced scripting and behavior trees allow these digital creatures to react authentically to various environmental stimuli, such as the presence of other animals, hunger, and energy levels. This realism provides a comprehensive understanding of animal behaviors and ecosystem dynamics.
A standout feature of the simulator is its capability to track and analyze animal behaviors and population dynamics in real-time. This provides invaluable data for researchers and students, offering insights into the delicate balance of ecosystems and the roles of different species within them.
